On today's webinar, my guest Sal (who manages a successful New York-based
hedge fund) is going to reveal the secret to making money in today's market as a
"matchmaker" for commercial deals.
Sal will let you in on some of the secrets he learned as a Wall Street "insider" and
explain why we're on the verge of a tidal wave of commercial foreclosures.
He will show you how you can leverage this opportunity and make BIG money by
bringing him deals WITHOUT using any of your own cash or credit.
You see, Sal is looking for 25 "dealmakers" to work with his well-connected and well-
funded hedge fund.
The deals that Sal funds range from $1 million to $30 million, with the average deal
being around $5 million.
If you're selected to work with Sal, here's how you would get paid on a typical $5
million deal.
#1 Cash Up Front
You can make 1 point (or 1%) up front. On a $5 million deal that works out to
$50,000 in your pocket (remember, you don't invest any of your own money - it
comes from Sal's hedge fund).
#2 Recurring Monthly Income
You can make 2% interest every month on the loan (from Sal's hedge fund to the
borrower). On a $5 million loan that works out to $8,333 per month to you for one
year!
#3 BIG Paydays
Sal calls them "Equity Kickers" and here's how it works... through good negotiation
you can get up to 10% equity when the loan is cashed out. On a $5 million loan, that
works out to $1 million to YOU!
Note: The above figures are an example of a typical deal, but every deal is
different. Not all interest rates, etc will be same for every deal.
