I have to say, I can't wait for this super conference. I arrived in
Chicago two days ago for my "work". I'm from Minneapolis, but I
just booked my flight back to Minneapolis for the 3 day conference.
It looks so good that I had to fly back. FYI: I have never gone to
a conference before, but this looked so good that I couldn't help
myself. I'm one of those guys that do EVERYTHING myself because I
know I can(sales, marketing, web, graphics) You name it I do it. I'm
a big believer in if you can do it yourself and your good at it then
do it yourself and save money, but I need to learn how to give task
to others and trust them with it. For weeks now I have been thinking
about what one of your speakers or maybe it was even you. They said
"At some point you will plateau" and that really hit home with me.
So many people keep telling me I need to clone myself, maybe
outsourcing is the answer and push that to $8000-$10,000 a month.

Sounds like Eric is super excited and really needs this conference
to clone himself.. and you know what? He'll learn how to do that.
