Stone Soup Outsourcing - heard of this before?

A couple years ago, micro-sourcing entered the picture with
"micro jobs" websites that took MASSIVE business away from
sites like Freelancer and Elance.
These sites are good, by the way, I am not knocking Freelancer
or Elance type of sites, but to do even 1 project there,

of soup is enjoyed by all having a feast.
