"There's an app for that"
It's amazing what these tiny .99 apps can do on your smart
phones.
Play games, keep organized, workouts, diet plans, recipes
etc.
I just got an interval timer.
It tracks how long my workout bursts are (yes, I am working
out now again cause I want to lose 40 pounds by Christmas)
The app counts down 30 seconds, with 30 second breaks.
Pretty handy and makes working out go much quicker.
Apps are the future and they are also the NOW.
