Did you know the FTC is taking a serious look these days at small businesses, digital marketer's, and online businesses? Small businesses, like yours and mine. The fact is, they are, and you don't want to be in their cross-hairs, and, the fact-of-the-matter is... You Don't Know What You Don't Know - When it comes to the FTC (Federal Trade Commission), and actual online compliance, unless you happen to be an Internet attorney! Are you an Internet attorney? Look... I don't want you to panic or anything... If you're willing to learn a few simple things, you'll probably be fine. The problem is... No one is talking about online compliance and actually being "Legal Online." So it's not your fault. Everyone wants to make it sound like all you have to do is throw up a website, maybe do some advertising on Facebook or something, and send some emails - and botta-bing you're in business. Well... Think again, just like paying taxes, there's this little agency call the FTC that you must comply with... And they are really starting to crack down on folks that are out of compliance and "Don't Know What They Don't Know." I may have scared you with words like FTC and Internet attorney, but please, stay with me on this... I want you to take this quick quiz... Take out a pen and paper and answer a simple YES or NO for each of the following: Do you... [+] Market to, or offer products or services to consumers in the US? (FYI: People who work from home are considered consumers in the eyes of the FTC) [+] Provide coaching services? [+] Have a membership site? [+] Do affiliate marketing? [+] Make "any" offers on Facebook or other social media platforms? [+] Use squeeze pages, optin pages or have some type of landing page somewhere? [+] Use ClickFunnels, Lead Pages, or *any* of these type systems? [+] Do *any* advertising online... anywhere? [+] Own a blog? [+] Hire outsourcers? [+] Have images on your website? If you answered yes to even ONE of these, you are potentially in real danger... No BS! I'd like you to meet my friend Chip Cooper, Esq. He's been practicing Internet Law since the beginning of the Internet, and was even an adjunct professor at Wake Forest Law School studying Internet Law for many, many years. He is also the CEO of FTC Guardian, an online training company. Since Chip is a good friend, I have asked him to host a special 'workshop' for us... It's a LIVE training for you and me this Sunday early evening. Register for this FREE Equipping Webinar to Help Protect You!
